Reimbursements:

We understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel your enrollment, we offer the following reimbursement options:

  • Full refund if cancellation is made at least 2 weeks before the class begins.

  • 50% refund if cancellation occurs 7 days prior to the start of the class.

  • Unfortunately, refunds cannot be issued within a week of the class start date.

Weather/Class Cancellation Policy:

In the event of inclement weather or if the class is canceled by the district for any reason, refunds will not be provided. If there are circumstances that persist beyond 2 weeks (excluding weather-related issues), we will seek alternative venues, as we did during the PPS strike.

How to Access Student Work:

Students' work will be uploaded to SoundCloud for easy access. Additionally, each student will receive a USB thumb drive at the end of the class to save their creations.

What Students Need to Bring:

Nothing! We provide all necessary technology and materials for the class.

Snack Policy:

We understand that students may need a quick snack before class. To ensure the safety and functionality of our equipment, we kindly request that all snacks are consumed before entering the classroom. Please keep water bottles on separate tables from the laptops. Thank you for helping us maintain a conducive learning environment.

Behavioral Policy:

We begin all classes by introducing our classroom expectations, including the big 3: Respect for fellow students, respect for the instructor, and respect for the technology.

We expect students to conduct themselves with the same level of respect and behavior as they do in school. Disrespectful behavior towards fellow students, staff, or equipment will not be tolerated. Depending on the severity of the behavior:

  • The student may be asked to leave early, and a parent will be contacted for immediate pickup.

  • If behavioral issues persist, the student may be barred from returning to class. Please note that refunds will not be provided for students asked to leave due to behavioral concerns.

Communication Policy:

  • Communication Channels: Please reach out to us via email or through our designated communication platform for any inquiries or concerns.

  • Response Time: We aim to respond to all messages within 24-48 hours during weekdays.

  • Feedback Mechanism: We welcome feedback from students and parents about the class experience. Please share your thoughts with us, and we will consider them carefully.

  • Confidentiality: Respect the privacy and confidentiality of others in all communications.

  • Professional Tone: Maintain a professional and respectful tone in all communications.

  • Language and Content Guidelines: Ensure that all communication adheres to appropriate language and content guidelines, especially in digital channels.

  • Updates and Announcements: Stay informed about class schedules, activities, and any changes through our regular updates and announcements.We update regularly about our programming via Instagram and our Newsletter
